  • 1 lb Primal Beef Blend (a mixture of ground chuck, sirloin, and brisket)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, cheese, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise


  • Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
  • In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the Primal Beef Blend with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Be careful not to overwork the meat.
