Order Policies
Placing Orders
All orders placed through the Rollingwood Farms website must be picked up at the Charlotte Regional Farmers Market, on Saturday’s between 8am-12pm.
Please place all orders by 11:59pm on Friday, to ensure same week pick up.
Any orders placed after 11:59pm on Friday will be ready for pickup on the following Saturday. Please see the chart below for clarification.

Pickup Time: Saturdays • 8am-12pm
Cancellations / refunds
You are welcome to cancel your order any time before your pickup day by contacting us at orders@rollingwoodfarms.com.
If you place an order and do not pick up on the correct Saturday, we will refund your order and the product will go to the next available customer.
Please note, refunds may take up to 10 days to appear back on the credit card used for payment.
Returns
We do not currently offer returns for purchased product that has already been picked up or used. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at orders@rollingwoodfarms.com, so we can make things right.
