  • 1 ½ – 2 lbs Rollingwood Farms cubed steak
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

  • In a shallow dish, mix together flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
  • Dredge the cubed steak pieces in the flour mixture, coating evenly.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the cubed steak pieces in a single layer, working in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and bell pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.
  • Return the cooked cubed steak to the skillet with the vegetables. Pour in the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce. Stir to combine, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
  • Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 30-40 minutes, or until the cubed steak is tender and the sauce has thickened.
  • Sprinkle chopped parsley over the cubed steak before serving.
  • Enjoy your savory and tender cubed steak with your favorite sides!
