Reserve your half beef with a $500 deposit, which will be applied directly toward your final total.

Half beef is $6.50/lb based on hanging weight, plus processing fees. Most halves will have an estimated hanging weight of 300–375 lbs.

Estimated final total: $2,400–$3,000, including processing. Final cost will vary based on actual hanging weight and your processing selections.

You can expect approximately 180–240 lbs of packaged beef to take home, depending on your cutting preferences.

After reserving your half, we’ll schedule a phone call to complete your cut sheet and customize your beef to your preferences, including steak thickness, roast sizes, ground beef packages, and other available options.

Your $500 deposit reserves your beef and will be deducted from your final balance.
